Marketing Coordinator

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Community Relations, Community Health, Public Relations, or related field(s). The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Agency with targeted development surrounding marketing, promotional, and fundraising activities. Information Technology Manager
Administration Office

GLRC is seeking a full time IT Manager. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline desired.

Duties include managing a small team of IT Technicians, designing and assisting in the development, maintenance and operation of agency networks and systems. You must have an aptitude for Windows and Linux systems. You must be able to take initiative, gather and integrate information to solve technical issues and create efficiencies for all agency staff.

This position also entails that you act as the agency HIPAA (security and privacy) officer. Some travel required.

School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist

Great Lakes Recovery Centers is seeking a fully licensed, adolescent-child therapist to provide mental health counseling in a school-based clinic with adolescents and children. This is a full-time position with benefits and a competitive salary. The position is located in the city of Marquette.

Required:

Adolescent Services Center (Negaunee, MI)

Great Lakes Recovery Centers, Inc., is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Technicians to work with youth in treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues. The residential technician serves as part of the treatment team and is responsible for providing support to youth in their daily activities and treatment goals. Job duties include managing daily schedule, implementing activities, participating in therapy groups, assisting youth with treatment goals, dispensing medications and meal prep.

Trauma Assessment Program Supervisor
Adolescent Services Center (Negaunee, MI)

Great Lakes Recovery Centers is seeking a part time limited licensed or fully licensed mental health therapist to provide oversight for our Trauma Assessment program. The program supervisor would also serve as part of the trauma assessment team which provides weekly trauma assessments to youth ages 1 to 18.

This position can be made full time by working with our adolescent residential program as a mental health therapist and substance abuse counselor serving youth ages 12-18.

A successful applicant will demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in administration and team leadership, as well as, experience and training in childhood trauma, assessment and testing, adolescent and family treatment modalities, and understanding of counseling theories and techniques. Other preferred qualifications include the ability to work with diverse populations, strong written and oral communication skills, and time management practices. Knowledge of the child welfare system is a plus.

Addiction Counselor
Men’s and Women’s New Hope Houses (Sault Ste Marie, MI)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate addiction counselors to join our team at our Men’s and Women’s New Hope House locations. Addiction counselors are responsible for assisting certified counselors to implement behavior accountability and skill building. The candidate will assist clients with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on clients’ progress, and communicate with clients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.
