“I am writing this on behalf of myself in reference to my experience with and at Gary’s Recovery Residence. It has been very appealing to me, it offers me a real positive outlook for my recovery as well as building structure in the community which I am from. I feel safe here, and I can honestly say Great Lakes Recovery Centers gave me the chance to overcome my addiction and I am honored to have been chosen to be here. The house is a stepping stone which is helping give me strength and fortitude to give all aspects of the recovery process my fullest attention. I have a sponsor, three recovery coaches, a counselor, sober friends, sober traditional people in the community, case manager, and friends here at Gary’s House. All in all, Gary’s has given me more than I can explain. I learned to talk and communicate with others on a more positive note to succeed, and that I am very grateful for.”
