Natalie is the Program Manager for GLRC’s Offender Success program. The mission of the Michigan Offender Success Model is to reduce crime by implementing a seamless plan of services, supervision and opportunities developed with each offender and delivered through State and Regional collaboration with the ultimate goal of obtaining sustainable employment and self-sufficiency.
How long have you worked for GLRC?
I was hired to work part-time at Youth Services in November 2003. I came to the Offender Success program in 2018. I am coming up on my 16-year mark with GLRC this November.
What is your dream job?
To be a storm chaser. I love extreme weather!
What do you like most about working for GLRC?
The camaraderie is what has kept me here for so long.
What made you want to work in this field?
I am a case manager at heart. I like helping people to problem-solve, and watching them achieve their goals.
